"Bad packaging for such a pricey order"
My order from Luisaviaroma showed up in rough shape. Thin box. Half crushed. Almost no padding inside. Not what I expected at all.

The item itself was okay, luckily. But the whole thing felt cheap. Careless. For the price I paid, the packaging should’ve been much better. I wouldn’t order again if this is how they ship stuff.

"Worth it when there’s a good promo"
I’ve shopped on luisaviaroma a couple of times, but I usually wait for a promo code or sale. Some of the full prices are a bit much for me, so the discounts make a big difference. Checkout was easy, and the deal applied like it was supposed to, which I appreciated. I just wish the codes worked on more brands because that would make me shop there more often.

"Order was almost right, but the color was wrong"
My order was mostly fine, but the item showed up in the wrong color. I reached out to ask about it, and the answers I got were kind of all over the place, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying.

I had to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit, and it was way easier than I expected. The return label was simple to print, and my refund showed up about a week later. That’s reasonable, right? I’d definitely feel fine ordering from them again

"Great selection, though a little pricey"
I’ve ordered from Luisaviaroma a few times, usually when I’m supposed to be doing something else online and end up browsing clothes instead. They have a really nice mix of big designer pieces and newer brands I don’t always see on other sites. I’ve also had better luck finding sizes and specific styles there than elsewhere. The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that some of the prices feel a bit high, even for designer stuff, but the selection is great

The item felt kind of fake to me, but maybe my expectations were just too high. I reached out to support for some help, and they technically responded, so that was nice, I guess. Didn’t really solve anything, but at least I got the experience.

I assumed they’d get back to me fast, but it took a few days. Once they replied, they were helpful enough and got me what I needed, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just kind of expected better response time.
